Physics Object keeps Momentum after setting kinematic to false

I’ve added physx to the prop I grab, and I’ve seen that when I release it and put kinematic to false, it keeps more or less the momentum and so I can throw it, is it intended, even if the prop was kinematic when grabbed?

Yes, if you switch from kinematic to non-kinematic I believe it should be maintaining momentum. If you do not want that, you should leave it at kinematic or setLinearVelocity([0, 0, 0]) (And angular velocity also)

Thanks! It’s a cool behavior but only if throwing is not important, in that case it is nice that they keep the momentum.
